- Gather and loot rates are vanilla
- Increased stack sizes
- Personal recycler you can deploy
- Additional monument recyclers and safe zone recycler penalty removed
- Locked Crate hack timer reduced to 5 minutes
- Vehicle License: Purchase vehicles that can be spawned on-demand
- Remover Tool: Remove buildings and items you have placed
- Car Radio: Attach a radio to your vehicle (car, boat, heli, and even horses!)
- Sign Artist: Not a Picasso? Upload images to your signs!
- SkinBox: Choose from available skins to apply to items
- Building Skin: Apply DLC building skins and wallpapers
