MR.LIN OPENS THE HELIPAD
Day two was supposed to be builder heaven, and it mostly was — if your idea of heaven includes everyone sprinting around with guns while pretending they’re just doing chores. Bases went up fast all over the island, with [APOS] VanBeethoven roaming armed for basically the whole day while his side kept reinforcing home turf. Red John did the same in his own style: build a bit, roam a bit, then pop back into chat like he’d just remembered the rest of us existed.
The liveliest early moment was SigmaBoy spotting Le Fromage again and immediately going full reunion mode: 'Hey Fromage!!!! Long time ! Nice to see you again ! :)' That set the tone better than any kill feed could. Peace Week means no real raiding, so the action was mostly skirmishes, bag grief, and everybody racing to turn starter shacks into something less embarrassing. VanBeethoven’s little jab at Boosted’s sleeping bag was about as close as the day got to proper vandalism.
Chat had real range today. Morning started with half the server saying 'bonjour' and 'salut,' then somehow drifted into wild animal panic, graphics troubleshooting, cargo errands, and public infrastructure. Le Fromage spent part of the day losing his mind over the cow population, calling out 'the game is already dangerous enough for me' and later asking if anyone had tried taming them.
